Refund Policy

Every Rebel Sunshine product is made to order especially for you. Because we do not keep preprinted inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email rebelsunshinecontact@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically request it.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or design because of a fulfillment error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please review the size chart on the product page before placing an apparel order. We cannot replace or refund correctly produced items when the wrong size was ordered by the customer.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Orders enter production shortly after they are submitted. Contact us immediately at rebelsunshinecontact@gmail.com if you need to request a cancellation or address change. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after production begins.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. Then contact us so we can help review the situation. Rebel Sunshine is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
