Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all Rebel Sunshine orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Production Time

Every Rebel Sunshine product is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Time

After production is complete, U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 3–10 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact rebelsunshinecontact@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the address or replace an order sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email rebelsunshinecontact@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help investigate.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
